What I offer you as a companion
My companionship might look like a conversation, a poem, a walk, a museum visit, a ritual or a dreamwork. Finding ways for our divine sparks to touch is a way of reconnecting with our life force and sense of belonging to the world. We might meet on Zoom or in person for an hour or two, or for a longer personalized immersive retreat.
It took me years to admit that I wanted to make contact with my own spiritual longing, and then my first spiritual inquiry was how to give up the shame of having the desire for a spiritual life. From this first step onward, accompaniment on the quest made the journey possible and eventually prepared me to companion others.
